Festool RTS 400 EQ Review: I just purchased the older model of this sander, RS 400 EQ. Festool listed it as "discontinued". I did not oder it from Amazon. When I received the sander, it was dead out of the box. When I plugged it in and flipped the switch, nothing. When I contacted the vendor, he got on the line with Festool and apparently. they gave him a hard time.
