Mizuno Wave Creation 11 Review: I received this shoe last night and took my first run with it today. My foot is a little narrow with a medium arch. The first thing you notice when lacing these up is the firm support directly under the arch. Unlike my previous running shoe, this shoe does not feel "mushy".
